Definition

Measure to assess ovulation history, including pregnancy and breast-feeding history

Purpose

The purpose of this measure is to assess a woman's ovulation history, including pregnancy and breast-feeding history. It is important to measure because of the association between ovulation history and some female cancers.

Selection Rationale

Ovulation history is associated with some female cancers. The Working Group selected this protocol because it includes major reproductive landmarks relevant to female reproductive cancers. A substantial amount of information is gathered in a short protocol.
